About the project
The new 23,700 sq ft building located off junction 4 of the M42 was completed in August 2020 for Collins Aerospace. One of the world’s largest aerospace companies.
The new A rated EPC building combines research and development laboratories with Grade A offices and a 222-sqace multi-storey car park.
